Not only is stress related issues restricted to England cricket team only. Even outside England in other countries like Australia and New Zealand people are seen dealing with stress-related issues and majorly cricketers. It seems that the country has got quite strict rules for playing the matches. Or maybe the country has a policy that the player should constantly be on roads while playing first class and A list matches. Also, the atmosphere is dressing rooms can also be one of the major reasons for the growing mental stress.

The reason is definitely hard to pick. But I guess English cricket board must look at this issue very closely and take some drastic steps and try to change the internal atmosphere else their own and very much loved game would become a victim of this stress.
