1. Crunches

Well, you must have heard a lot about this exercise. It is the best workout to get rid of tummy fat and acquire a slimmer one. All you have to do is lie down on the ground and bend your knees upwards with your feet touching the ground. Now, pull your body upwards towards the knees and after a few seconds get back to the previous position. Repeat this cycle for 20 times. Crunches create a pressure on your abdomen that oozes out fat from your body and also aid the digestion problems.

2. PlankĀ 

This workout requires a lot of strength as it not only tones your stomach but also your arms and shoulders. In this one, you just have to stay still with your toes and arms supporting your body and bearing its entire weight. Remember to keep your back straight or else this workout won’t be effective. Stay still for one minute and repeat this cycle 2 times.

3. Reverse Cycling

Reverse cycling is very similar to normal cycling workout with only one difference. In this, you have to lie on the ground, lift only your legs, bend them a bit and move them as if you are cycling in the air. It is a very fun workout that will eradicate excess fat from your body instantly. Do this workout continuously for fifteen minutes twice a day.

All the above-mentioned exercises create a pressure on your lower abdominal areas and you could feel a little painful while working out.
