1.35.5 inches –
35.5 inches or more puts men at increased risk of heart stroke or other cardiac diseases. You can also be trapped in either cancer or diabetes.
2. 150 Hours –
150 hours of moderate physical activity per week lowers heart attack incidences and also diabetes. This will reduce 35% of heart disease and stroke and 50% of diabetes.
3. 400 Grams of Greens –
400 grams or 5 portions of fruits and vegetables is highly recommended to every individual. This reduces the risk of obesity, heart disease, high blood pressure, cataract and many more.
4. Smoking and Drinking –
Smoking and drinking continuously for six months reduces 10 years from your life.
5. Blood Pressure –
120/80 mm HG blood pressure is normal. Anything lower than this is also acceptable. But anything higher than this is a sign of obesity, diabetes, heart risks and much more. Thus, it is always recommended to keep your blood pressure lower.
6. Proper Sleep –
6-8 hours of sleep is very important. This is required for proper health functioning. Improper sleep increases the chances of heart attack and strokes.
So, men must tick all the above boxes to ensure they are in the best of their health.
