Veteran Telegu actor and director passed away at Hyderabad. Vijaya Nirmala the actor aged 75 breathed her last on 27th June. Her son and actor Naresh announced the death of the lady on 28th June and cremated and did her last rites.
Her cause of death is still not known but Naresh said that she died because of some sickness.

Naresh announced
“I regret to inform you that my Mother senior Artiste, prominent Producer, and Director, Dr. G Vijayanirmala Garu passed away during early hours today, that is, 27.6.2019, at Continental Hospitals, Hyderabad, due to sickness. She was 75.”
Vijaya was part of more than 200 films. She made her presence felt in Tamil, Telegu and Malayalam movies. She has directed more than 44 Telegu movies.
Vijaya Nirmala is survived by her husband Krishna and Son Naresh. She also has a stepson who is Mahesh Babu.

Vijaya Nirmala started her career as a child artist and she just at the age of 5 made her acting debut in 1950 Tamil film Machcha Rekkai. Four years later she entered into Telegu cinema as well with the film Panduranga Mahatyam.
She made her small screen debut with Balaji telefilms Pelli Kanuka. She rose to fame with Malayalam film Bhargavi Nilayam.
She also holds a Guinness book of world records for the most number of movies by a female film director.
