1. Kalki Koechlin
The leading lady is a South Indian girl and she loves to get her dose of protein from there only. She is not a gym person but loves to swim and do yoga regularly. She is not a fan of the vegan diet as she believes that it is difficult to get your protein from anything other than meat especially when you are traveling outside India. She believes that you should eat whatever you want just in small quantities.
2. Sobhita Dhulipala
Miss India 2013 girl who is known to have those perfect dark tall genes. The girl is known for her power-packed performances but she also has a power pack diet routine and exercises regime as well. she is said to not follow any strict diet but she is very particular about her workout regimen. She likes to sweat in the gym. She believes in working hard and then sweating it out harder.
3. Harshita Gaur
She believes in Yoga and aerobics and is known to visit the gym four times a week. She does not believe in any shortcuts when it comes to weight loss. She is a badminton person and loves to spend at least 30 minutes in the gym.
4. Ranvir Shorey
This serious actor is known for his in-depth roles. But he is not a person of diet. He is not into dieting. He says that he practically cannot diet. He is good with metabolism and thus even with regular eating and little workout he is back in shape again.
5. Pankaj Tripathi
Another fine actor who is not very much into fitness. He says that he eats whatever he feels like and later for the gym and workout, he just switches his mode. Whatever the role demands, he becomes just like them.
