    1. Manage Stress

    Stress affects many people, and it can have a dire effect on your physical and mental health which can alter your lifestyle. By drinking water, you get a whole host of benefits such as getting certain minerals, preventing kidney damage, boosts performance during exercise, improves skin, weight loss, delivers oxygen throughout the body and so much more.

    Not getting enough sleep increases your chance of dying by 30%! Getting enough sleep every night helps you function properly, be more productive, reduces the risk of heart disease and stroke, decrease risk of depression and improves your immune function.
