her pre-diabetic weight loss struggles. She started by saying

“I haven’t shared with many, but I will share with you, that I was diagnosed with pre-diabetes before WW,”

Pre-diabetes is a condition where blood sugar levels are higher than the normal but not high enough that it will show type 2 diabetes on the scale. Some 84 million people globally suffer from this whereas 90% of them don’t even know about this disease.

Those with prediabetes have no clear symptoms other than intense thirst. In case the same is left untreated then within a very short span of time let’s say five years you might get full-blown diabetes. The condition can be improved by some lifestyle changes like reducing sugar, cutting down smoking, losing weight, exercising, eating healthy, etc.
