2019 Pan American Games of bodybuilding competition is scheduled at Lima, Peru. The same is scheduled on 10th August 2019 at Coliseo Mariscal Caceres. This will be the place where weightlifting competition will take place.
In the year 2016, in the month of November Panam Sports, added this sport to the Pan American games program and thus this year the sport will mark it’s a debut. On this day a total of two events will be contested: classic bodybuilding and bikini fitness.

Classic bodybuilding is exclusively for men and bikini fitness is for women. A total of 32 bodybuilders 16 for each gender will take part in this competition. People from 19 different nations will come here and participate and compete at different stages.
