Celebrity fitness trainer Jillian Michaels is strictly against Keto diet. She is the one who said that keto is an extremely terrible terrible diet.
The simple principle in the keto diet is to consume fats in larger quantity and carbs in smaller quantity. This makes the body prone to ketogenic but many health experts have always maintained that consuming a keto diet is not a healthy way to lead a life.

Many people are also of an opinion that the keto diet leads to insulin kind of diseases which is not at all healthy for a living being. Jillian insists that there are a number of healthy ways of losing weight for the long run.
Keto diet is only applicable in the short run and it will not be of much worth when you compare the health benefits in the long run.
During an interview with the Adulting podcast, the lady shared “Your cells, your macromolecules, are literally made up of protein, fat, carbohydrates, nucleic acids. When you do not eat one of the three macronutrients – those three things I just mentioned – you’re starving yourselves”.
She further added “That’s just one of the many reasons why keto is a terrible, terrible idea. People can criticize me all they want, but the bottom line is, it’s science and the science is there – and [keto] is bad for your overall health and wellness.”
