Method – 3: Coconut Oil with Lime Juice

Mix well a tablespoon of lemon juice into 5 tablespoons of coconut oil and then apply this mixture on your scalp. Massage your scalp and leave it for 20 to 30 minutes. Then wash your hair with shampoo and thus reduce the occurrence of dandruff. Covering your head with a warm towel after the massage will further nourish your hair and helps in its healthy growth. Take 3 to 5 tablespoons of coconut oil and massage your scalp all over for few minutes. Keep it overnight and wash it the next day with shampoo. Method – 6: Coconut Oil with Rosemary Oil

Mix a few drops of coconut oil into a small amount of rosemary oil. Mixing both the oil well apply this on to your scalp and leave it for a few minutes. And then wash it off. You can repeat this process every alternative day in order to get complete relief from dandruff.

Method – 7: Coconut Oil with Other Essential Oils

Mix a teaspoon of tea tree oil, 4 drops of cedarwood essential oil and 2 drops of ylang-ylang into a cup of coconut oil. Mix these ingredients well and apply it on your scalp. Leave it for at least an hour facilitating the mixture to penetrate well into the hair. Doing this once a week will surely help you to prevent dandruff and also makes hair strong and soft and shiny.

Method – 8: Coconut Oil with Camphor

In a half cup of coconut oil mix a teaspoon of camphor and keep it in an airtight container. Apply this mixture into your scalp and massage your head for 10 minutes. Repeat this each night before going to bed and continue this for 2 weeks and you could see the difference on your hair with reduced dandruff.
