Guru Mann Visited IHFF, Delhi

Guru Mann who is also known as the fitness guru and nutrition expert actively takes part is Mission Fit India. The world-renowned fitness Guru takes part in various events all across India and meets people and bodybuilders so that he can encourage everyone to live a healthy and sustainable lifestyle.

The man recently did a five-city tour to India in the month of May where he covered – Chennai, Chandigarh, Kolkata, Hyderabad, and Mumbai. In the month of July, he again visited Delhi, Noida, Kolkata, Ajmer, Nagpur, and Barnala. At all these places he was high on fitness energy and motivated many through his fitness talks.

Recently, the man also visited IHFF, Delhi last week. He was there at the inauguration ceremony of IHFF Sheru Classic. Sheru Classic is one of the unique events where professional bodybuilders all across the world come at a single platform and share their journey.

The competition took place at IHFF Expo, Delhi on 5th, 6th and 7th July. Here both men and women came together and showcased their strength on this highly competitive platform.

Guru Mann along with other fitness icons was also present at the venue. The man shared his insights about the fitness industry and how healthy eating and the correct workout will help you to cover the miles. Guru Mann is a strong advocate of healthy consumption and thus he believes that with correct calories and protein your body can perform much better as compared to unhealthy supplements.
