Smartphones have entered all segments of our lives. And they have of course made our life easier in multiple terms. But how easy life has become after smartphones have been introduced. But everything has its own set of pros and cons. And thus phones also interfere with your health. And one of the biggest cons of overuse of your phone is that they interfere with your sleep.

People sometimes feel fresh just after waking up and they think that their body only needs 4-5 hours of sleep but that is so wrong. Your body needs a minimum of 7-8 hours and then only it will be able to flush out the toxins. Sleep deprivation also impacts your memory, attention span, and your problem-solving skills as well.

Even your metabolism rate also gets depleted with time. Insulin secretion also drops down and this makes us eat more which actually contributes to weight gain. Staying away from your smartphones and laptops at least one hour before the sleep helps you to get better and sound sleep.
