This 42-year-old CEO has been meditating since last 20 years. He spends an hour every morning and evening in spiritual practice. Mr. Dorsey, who is the co-founder of the micro-blogging site said that his weekly routine includes fasting for 22 hours a day. And that’s not all, he even walks for five miles a day from his home to his office.

He has dinner as his only meal and that consists of either meat or fish with lots of salads and fruits. He ends the day with dark chocolate. Jack believes that working throughout the day ensures that he enjoys a peaceful sleep at night. “During the day, I feel so much more focused… the time back from breakfast and lunch allowed me to focus more on what my day is,” are the words of the man himself.
