Britney Spears who is known to have a super toned and athletic body is also facing weight loss issues. This super celeb is struggling to shed unwanted fat and extra kilos from her body right now.

Some days back, the super singer wrote in her Instagram account and informed her followers about her weight loss issues.

“I’ve been working really hard to [lose] weight …. and for me, 3 pounds is like 7 pounds it’s a lot. I don’t like doing too much cardio,”

The singer later continued

“My body has muscle memory, cus I [used to] be [a] gymnast and I can bulk up …. so I like isolated movement. The key to my workout is repetition, but that gets boring so I have a booklet I’ve made with all my favorite exercises.”

She then demonstrated a different form of exercises – bicep curls, exercises with a resistance band, squats, tricep rows with free weight, kettlebell movements, bridge pulses, wheel poses, high kicks, and lateral leg lifts.

Currently, she is working on a six pack with her boyfriend Sam Asghari.

“I usually wear headphones …. music takes me away. I know I don’t look perfect here, but I’m working on it. Hopefully one day I can give my boyfriend’s absOpens a New Window. a run for their money !!!!”
