Ameen Alai who is known to be the ultimate bodybuilding guru has been in this field since such a long time. He is responsible for King Kamali’s success as a bodybuilder and also for many other competitive bodybuilders.

Ameen Alai who is fondly called the “The Mad Scientist”. He is known to be the brains behind achieving 90s bodybuilding for the last 20 years. He is also one of the most influential men behind classic man’s bodybuilding.

Ameen started his bodybuilding career when he was just 15 years old and within a very small time frame of 2 years, he made it big in the industry. His first competition was at the age of 17 at Mr. Metro Bodybuilding Competition when he won the muscular teenage overall and the award of the best poser.

Ameen started coaching from an early age of 18. His first student was his elder brother Adin Alai who is also a competitive bodybuilder.

Ameen has coached several bodybuilders from his home town including King Kamali, Don Long, and Dave Bautista. He has also been featured in several magazines including Flex, Muscular Development, Men’s Health and even co-written many articles too.

He is one of the key people who has done in-depth research on how to develop the human physique in an advanced way and in one of the safest way possible. He is also a pioneer in the use of PED’s, HGH and insulin and how the same can be used in the bodybuilding field.
