However, this results in dermis thickness under the eye area and congestion of blood which removes the dark color of skin. Consider this as your skin night care routine.

Causes of Dark Circles in Teenage?

Just like skin blemishes, dark circles are common teenage problems. They are caused because of various reasons such as:

· Fatigue : Lack of sleep or tiredness may make your under-eye skin very transparent, paving the way for blood vessels to show off, resulting in dark circles.
· Dehydration : Your under-eye skin is very thin, which tends to show blood vessels when you are dehydrated. In addition, consumption of caffeine and alcohol might result in dehydration.
· Sun exposure : The most common cause is exposure to the sun. This causes hyperpigmentation in your under-eye skin, which results in dark circles.
· Blue light : Teenagers are more exposed to blue light, i.e., screens. Screens cause eye strains, headaches, and dark circles.
