Gather the required material:
Yoga is one of those arts which is least demanding and at maximum you need a mat on which you can exercise.
As we discussed earlier that yoga is ascetic discipline and to learn this art you will have to adhere to proper discipline such as you will have to assign a proper time schedule, it is recommended by the experts, best time for yoga in a day is that morning time especially early in the morning around 5 am is the best time suited for yoga practice so try to wake up as early as possible, get fresh quickly and time yourself as in how much time to spend on each asana and for how long would you be practicing and make sure to keep all distracting factors away such as your cellphones, laptop and any other thing that can possibly distract you in between your practicing session. Many yoga classes are 60-90 minutes, but you may not be able to make that much time so even 20 minutes can be enough to have meaningful practice. If you have children, try to find someone to keep them while you do your yoga practice, do yoga during their naps, or even consider inviting the kids do yoga with you. Setting a regular practice schedule can help you hold yourself accountable for your practice and keep other people used to giving you your scheduled yoga time. Ideally, you should practice every single day, but even practicing once per week can help. You may also start one to three times per week and then build up towards doing yoga every day. Set goals for your-self those are attainable.

How much space required per person for yoga: Though it is recommended to practice yoga in an open space such as a park or your house balcony or terrace where you get fresh air, as breathing fresh air plays a vital role in yoga but if because of time constraints you cannot go outside your home make sure you have enough floor space to move forward, backward, left, and right without running into or hitting anything.
Make sure to wear dresses for yoga that are comfortable while going for the yoga class or when practicing yoga at home. Also, avoid wearing belts or any other accessories that can hinder you practice and create possible distraction.
Many people ask should i eat before yoga? Experts advice don’t eat before practicing yoga, its good to keep an empty stomach or make sure to keep a gap of at least 2-3 hours between your meal and yoga session. Also, it’s advised to have at least three to four liters of water during the day, this will help you to drain out the toxins released during the yoga practice from you body. In yoga practice we perform various postures and bend our body in different directions right to left, up and down in multiple variations so if you have not fully digested your last meal, you are most likely to experience something which is not pleasant. You want to eat before yoga class – you have a digestive system that can quickly digest the food and you are concerned that you might feel hungry or feel weak during yoga class, try having juice or yoghurt at least 30 minutes before you class.
Whenever you are in the yoga class, make sure that you are in a state of satisfaction and then only you would be able to learn and focus on and don’t compare yourself to other students in the yoga class. No one becomes an expert on the very first day and perfection comes with regular practice, so try to push your limits and try to increase your strength on daily basis which will also help you gaining more and more flexibility. Remember that everyone has a unique and different body type and others may be at a different level of expertise. Some might be able to easily perform a particular yoga asana, while the some may need a little more time and practice to get there. Do not be upset if you experience some pain in or any kind of soreness in the muscles in the beginning that is quite normal and if you experience any pain; you must inform your instructor immediately before it’s too late because negligence to such incidences can lead to serious disorders. Try to stay regular with your yoga practice and have patience. Just like any other discipline, it will take some time for the body to get used to the yoga asanas.
